NOA - Red vermouth

Vermouth is an incredibly complex ingredient that adds a lot to a cocktail. Noa is no exception, inspired by the famous French Dolin, it has notes of wine vinegar, grapes, caramel and a spicy blackcurrant finish. Even without alcohol, its aromatic balance impresses. Served simply on ice with orange or grapefruit zest (or just on ice, the zest police won't come to arrest you), it is perfect as an aperitif, as a digestive but also as a meal to replace wine.
