Refund policy
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products possible. However, due to the nature of our products, none of the items sold in our store are returnable, and all sales are final. We do not accept refunds or returns based on flavor preference alone. We encourage our customers to carefully read the product descriptions before purchasing to ensure that the product meets their needs.

Damaged order or item
You have a maximum of 7 days (calendar) following the reception of your order to submit a refund request. Refunds will only be issued if the product(s) purchased were damaged or defective. Submit all photos to info@loption.ca, along with the order number and contact reason. If you are eligible for a refund following our policy, you will be eligible for a refund. Do note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Wrong address on order
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. In cases where a package is returned to us with an incorrect or incomplete address, we will issue a refund.
