NOA - Spiced Rum

This alcohol-free rum is the result of more than 3 years of research. After experimenting with ginger, blackstrap molasses and roasted pineapple peel to achieve a funkier Jamaican style, the team settled on the balance of this spicy version that focuses more on the spirit sugar cane and the warmth of a summer on the beach provided by cinnamon, allspice and cardamom. Well balanced, the illusion with cola or mixed in a cocktail is total. Tasted plain (and ideally in plain form), the heat of its spices is reminiscent of alcohol.
