Made as in the days when we had time, Noa amaro is part of the Italian tradition and is inspired by Averna, a citrus amaro produced for generations in Sicily. French chicory brings notes of coffee and cola and the long orange maceration offers an oily and clean texture. In the background, roasted spices bring notes of cinnamon and anise supported by the bitterness of gentian.
