This mangosteen sparkling water is the result of a collaboration with the Pumpui grocery store, the bustling Thai restaurant-counter located in the heart of Little Italy in Montreal. Mangosteen is a tropical fruit with melting, sweet and slightly tangy flesh, and its taste is reminiscent of a mixture of peach and lychee.
