3/4 oz - Syrup Spritz

3/4 oz Spritz Syrup is an alcohol-free alternative to bitter Italian aperitifs. With its bitter orange taste and tangy finish, it pairs wonderfully with sparkling wine in a spritz cocktail, or even simply with sparkling water. Made with quinine, cranberries, grapefruit and herbs, it has a perfectly balanced bitter, lemony and sweet taste. It can also be used to make a low-alcohol Negroni or Manhattan.
